Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented DoD Mission Assurance Instructor to join our team! In this role you will introduce active duty and civilian members of Combatant Commands, Joint Staffs and individual service components all aspects of DoD Mission Assurance including Mission Assurance Policy, Mission Assurance Construct, Mission Assurance Construct Implementation as well as the Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS) and Mission Assurance Related Programs and Activities (MARPAs).

This challenging and exciting work will provide you the opportunity to travel CONUS and OCONUS. This is an exciting opportunity to experience travelling to destinations around the world and instruct all aspects of mission assurance.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct classroom instruction on how to determine mission criticality of an installation or mission critical asset, construct the All Hazard Threat Assessment (AHTA), and build the Assessment Focus Statement for a Mission Assurance Assessment. Walk-throughs of actual mission critical assets are conducted to show students how a real world, Mission Assurance Assessment is conducted.
• Provide briefs and on-line brief tutorials of the USAF Mission Assurance Decision Support System (MADSS), the USSTRATCOM Strategic Mission Assurance Data System (SMADS), and USAF Enterprise Protection Risk Management (EPRM) system are provided.
• Understanding policies, plans, procedures, training, equipment, and organization of all aspects of DoD Mission Assurance. 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 7+ years of related experience no
• Professional experience as a military or civilian instructor.
• Knowledgeable in the Mission Assurance Assessment Work Book including the All Hazard Risk Assessment (AHTA) and Risk Analysis Tool (RAT). 
• Must have an Active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
• Must be able to travel international up to 20%.
• Must have a passport or ability to get one.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Possess experience and proficiency in all aspects of DoD Mission Assurance, Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS), DoDD 3020.40 (Mission Assurance), DoDI 3020.45 (Mission Assurance Construct), and the CJCSI 3209.01A Mission Assurance Construct Implementation. 
• Ability to instruct students at the CCMD, Installation and unit level in front of a large, diverse audience.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $176,600.00
