Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Logistic Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to monitor and analyze project organization supply chain and logistic processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the equipment currently stored in the assigned warehouse and maintains software systems specifically designed to manage logistical and warehouse functions.
• Track the location and status of all equipment to ensure required equipment is ready and available to support events as needed.
• Manage supply chain transactions to ensure equipment is on hand to meet training requirements.
• Coordinate supply chain initiatives and actions in order to manage program costs.
• Obtain quotes, coordinate orders with buyer(s), and ensure that necessary purchase requisitions data is entered into Costpoint.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding price, lead time, ordering quantities, shipping terms, and delivery expectations to achieve ongoing cost containment and improvement.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent related professional experience.
• Emphasis in project management, logistics management, or warehouse management or similar disciplines will be given higher consideration.
• Experience with US Air Force and US Transportation Command movement and transportation requirements.

Security Clearance Requirement:

A security clearance is not required to apply; however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance which requires U.S. citizenship, prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $29.95 - $52.40
