Landscape CAD Technician - 3D BIM Modeler
Doha Qatar
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape CAD Technician - 3D BIM Modeler to join our team! In this role you will get to perform basic to complex drafting assignments requiring a thorough knowledge of drafting standards, practices, and techniques.
What You'll Be Doing:
Prepares technical packages from concept design, through detailed design to tender and contract documentation.
Under supervision, performs landscape architecture design which requires a fundamental knowledge of landscape, planting and irrigation design, aesthetics, and/or design standards, practices, and techniques.
Prepares high quality presentation drawings.
Prepares high quality presentation 3D BIM modeling.
Should be able to read Landscape Architectural drawing mark ups and comments.
Provides support and production assistance to team members
Completes other duties as assigned.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Degree in Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.
Minimum 5+ years relevant landscape design experience.
Preferably with work experience in GCC.
Proficient in Civil 3d & Revit.
Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD.
