Job Description:

Junior Utilities Engineer

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Junior Utilities Engineer to join our team!

 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide a focal point for coordination all utility engineering issues throughout the design process and for utility authority submittals

• Coordinate with multiple design disciplines to deliver consolidated utility design packages to client and authorities.

• The Utility Engineer is willing to acquire up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, international codes/standards and possess a broad knowledge and experience of utility works in large infrastructure projects.

 

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 1 year experience in interdisciplinary coordination and authority submittals

• Extensive experience and knowledge of software's like Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks and AutoCAD and practical experience in designing, drafting (Both in 2D and 3D)

• Knowledge and experience in clash detection is required

• Excellent communication skills in English and interpersonal skills notably with various levels of the organization

• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams
