Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Junior Project Coordination: Manage the lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure project alignment.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of project budgets.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates and stakeholder inquiries.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure project coordination or management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
- Certifications: PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and construction methodologies.
- Experience in public works or large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to infrastructure design and construction.
