With a minimum of 25 years of experience, this senior leadership role demands a strategic thinker capable of ensuring seamless integration between design, engineering, construction, and client teams to mitigate risks and ensure cohesive project delivery.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and execute the overall Interface Management Strategy for the program, ensuring all major technical, logistical, and contractual interfaces are identified and governed.

  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the senior point of escalation and resolution authority for all critical interface conflicts between design consultants, multiple contractors, stakeholders, and utility providers.

  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain high-level communication protocols between Parsons, NEOM project entities, government agencies, and third-party stakeholders to secure timely approvals and data exchange.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Interface Management team, setting standards for tracking, documentation, and closure of all interface points and agreements.

  • Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate interface-related risks that could impact the project schedule, budget, or quality.

  • Reporting: Provide executive-level reporting on the status of all critical interfaces and the overall health of the integration process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.

  • Minimum of 25 years of extensive experience in a senior leadership role managing complex technical interfaces and multi-contract projects (preferably megaprojects).

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership position on large-scale infrastructure or city-building programs.

  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and diplomatic skills, essential for managing high-level stakeholder relations.

  • Deep familiarity with integrated project delivery systems and industry-leading Interface Management software.
