Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intelligence Planner to join our team! In this role you will get to play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of strategic plans through the integration of intelligence insights.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret intelligence data from diverse sources to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable intelligence reports and recommendations for strategic planning.

• Assess risks and vulnerabilities by evaluating information related to geopolitical, economic, and social factors.

• Support the creation of contingency plans and response strategies based on intelligence assessments.

• Maintain a current understanding of emerging technologies, geopolitical events, and other relevant developments.

• Prepare and deliver intelligence briefings to senior leadership and stakeholders as required.

• Participate in interagency meetings and initiatives to exchange intelligence insights and coordinate efforts.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or National Security Studies preferred. Additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

• 5+ years of experience with supporting intelligence planning

• Demonstrated experience in producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings for senior-level government officials

• Knowledge of the Intelligence Community

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam   

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, or a related research field a plus

• Experience with developing intelligence annexes, appendices, and other strategic documents, such as the Joint Strategic Intelligence Estimate (JSIE) or Joint Strategic Campaign Plan (JSCP)

• Completion of DoD Intelligence Planning Courses

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
