You will build and maintain cloud-native platforms, implement modern DevOps practices, integrate observability and security tooling, and support compliance initiatives (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443). This role is critical in driving operational excellence, reliability, and security across our hybrid environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Cloud & Infrastructure Engineering
- Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, and GCP using Terraform, Ansible, and related IaC tools.
- Implement standardized, reusable infrastructure-as-code templates to ensure consistency, security, and audit readiness.
- Manage and optimize virtual infrastructure across VMware ESXi, Hyper-V, and Oracle KVM environments.
- Configure and support core infrastructure services including Active Directory, load balancers, and related network components.
- Support disaster recovery (DR) and high availability (HA) design, testing, and documentation.
DevOps, Automation & CI/CD
- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (primarily GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Containerize and orchestrate applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including cluster configuration and lifecycle management.
- Create automation scripts and tools in Python, PowerShell, and Bash to streamline operational tasks and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to integrate DevOps practices, improve release frequency, and enhance deployment reliability.
Security, Compliance & Incident Response
- Integrate and manage security tooling and cloud-native security services.
- Implement and maintain security controls aligned with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and ISA/IEC 62443 requirements.
- Collaborate with security teams to conduct vulnerability assessments, remediate findings, and harden infrastructure configurations.
- Support incident response activities, including log analysis, evidence collection, and root cause investigation for security and infrastructure events.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of runbooks, security playbooks, and incident management processes.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, DevOps, or cloud engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including networking, security groups, IAM, and managed services.
- Strong proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible or similar).
- Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Working knowledge of security best practices, vulnerability management, and monitoring in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Familiarity with SIEM, logging, and monitoring tools.
- Scripting skills in Python and at least one of PowerShell or Bash.
- Experience with ITSM processes (incident, change, problem) and ticketing tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and explain complex technical concepts.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Experience in security operations or incident response, including log analysis, malware investigation, or digital forensics.
- Background working with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, or ISA/IEC 62443.
- Exposure to on-prem/hybrid datacenter operations and networking.
- Familiarity with C# or C/C++ is an asset for tooling and integrations.
