Job Description:
Parsons is seeking a dedicated and qualified HSE Officer - Saudi National to join our team in Tabuk. This role is pivotal in supporting our ongoing infrastructure and development projects in the region. The successful candidate will apply technical expertise to ensure project milestones are met with the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Technical Execution: Lead/Support the [specific department, e.g., engineering, project management, or HSE] activities in accordance with project specifications and Parsons’ standards.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of project phases.
Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to Saudi Arabian regulations, local building codes, and international best practices.
Reporting: Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and data analysis to senior management.
Site Support: Conduct site visits and inspections in the Tabuk region to monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree, Civil Engineering, Business, IT, health and safety from an accredited university.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or consultancy sector.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Office].
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
