Job Description:

Candidates must be US Persons located in the National Capital Region (NCR). Parsons will consider remote/hybrid employees with the expectation of 75% travel to the NCR.  

Successful candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas:

HR Leaders

  • Proactive, hands-on leaders who are ready to develop and drive impactful HR solutions aligned with our business strategies and needs.
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale federal programs, ideally in aviation, transportation, or defense sectors.
  • More than 10 years of progressive and broad HR experience, bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field

HR Business Partners

  • Candidates should be experienced in identifying, developing, and executing solutions in the full spectrum of human resources disciplines to promote a culture of high performance, strong engagement and consistent growth.
  • At least 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a Federal Government, Defense Contractor environment, to include compensation, employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies.

TA Leaders

  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of recruiting experience leading or managing recruiting teams supporting large-scale federal programs, ideally in aviation, transportation, or defense sectors. OR in lieu of degree, 12+ years of related recruiting experience.
  • Prior project management experience leading or contributing to initiatives requiring process, cultural, or system change within the talent acquisition function.

Recruiters & Sourcers

  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience supporting large-scale federal programs, ideally in aviation, transportation, or defense sectors. A proven track record of success recruiting qualified candidates in a high-volume, fast-paced government consulting/contracting environment. At least 3 years' experience with sourcing, qualifying, vetting, and submitting candidates. Must have the ability to provide recruiting support to multi-site operations and be capable of building partnerships with geographically dispersed staff. Experience with ATS tools such as Workday is required.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
