Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Health & Safety Manager to join our team! I
What You'll Be Doing:
Full time H&S management supervision on contractors
Implements and manages the Health, Safety Management Systems as per clients requirements.
Verifies agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are enforced by Contractor.
Advises and assists the senior construction site representative in the establishment and management of safety programs and in identifying and eliminating/controlling any hazards to persons and property.
Advises the Construction Management team on potential hazards at work sites.
Receives reviews and distributes safety inspection reports with recommended corrective actions.
Reviews and advises Construction Management on safety requirements in the Method Statements and Risk Assessment process.
Ensure Parsons ESHARP program is implemented throughout project life-cycle
Implement and maintain the ISO45001 standards for the project.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Thorough HSE and Construction experience and knowledge on infrastructure projects
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, must keep up to date with KSA regulations, legal and professional changes
Strong assessment and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction or oversight

Minimum of 10 years experience in the Health and Safety environment.
