Job Description:

Graphic Design Lead

Dubai, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Graphic Design Lead to join our team! In this role you will get to shape and enhance project presentations, visualizations, reports and other documents at the premier consultant in Dubai.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading a team of Graphic Designers supporting a highly-experienced technical design team across our extensive portfolio of infrastructure and transportation projects.

• Working directly with the Design Delivery Director to enhance and drive continuing improvement in quality.

• Designs and produces complex reproduction-ready visual graphics including high-quality 3D renders and animations illustrating project designs and proposals for presentation to our clients, brochures, flyers, slides, charts, plots, diagrams, tables, sketches, isometrics, viewgraphs, posters, signs, and certificates.

• Works directly with the Technical Writers/Editors and/or the authors/requestors to review artwork, text, and other materials submitted for inclusion in assigned documents.  May recommend improvements for accuracy of expression, clarity and consistency with Company styles and branding. Modifies existing artwork as required.

• Supervising, guiding and developing the Graphics team to keep pace with state-of-the-art techniques and software tools.

• Reviews work produced by lower-level Graphic Designers for accuracy and attention to detail, and supports their training and development.

• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or any related discipline from an accredited University

• More than 12 years of related work experience.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• More than 5 years experience working for Engineering / Infrastructure design consultancies in the GCC region.

• Local experience in Dubai is an advantage
