Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Governance Support Specialist (Saudi National) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring compliance with governance policies and procedures, support the implementation of governance frameworks, and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Governance Development and Implementation:
Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of governance process and procedures.
Assure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative support for Governance-related projects and initiatives.
Compliance Monitoring:
Assist in coordinating and tracking compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Monitor and report on compliance with process and procedures.
Support regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess governance-related risks.
Participate in development of strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Stakeholder Management:
Facilitate communication between key stakeholders, functional and program management teams.
Coordinate and support governance meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on governance process and procedures.
Ensure staff are informed about Governance best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
Collaborate with functional and program teams to gather and analyze data relevant to governance activities.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of governance activities.
Support preparation and presentation of governance reports to functional and program management teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, Law, Public Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in governance, risk management, or compliance e.g.,
Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT),
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC),
Certified Compliance Officer (CCO)
Skills and Experience:
5 years of relevant experience in Business Management
Fluent in Arabic English language
Excellent IT Skills in Microsoft 365 suite
Experience in use of Power BI, Power Apps, Dataverse
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Stakeholder and interface management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred commercial and construction knowledge
