Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of maintenance functions to ensure the proper operation and upkeep of building facilities. This includes maintenance, repair, replacement, and warehouse duties on structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and sanitary systems, as well as related equipment and machinery. This role will be onsite in Wrightstown, NJ.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building facilities, including structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and sanitary systems.
• Conduct repairs and replacements as necessary to ensure the proper functioning of all systems and equipment.
• Maintain and service related equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery, implementing repairs as needed.
• Analyze maintenance repair requests to identify problems and determine the best course of action.
• Implement effective solutions to resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Work with a variety of vendors and service providers to resolve maintenance and repair actions.
• Perform warehouse duties related to the storage and management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Ensure that all maintenance materials are properly stored and accounted for.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance tasks.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma and 4+ years of experience
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, including knowledge of structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and sanitary systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform maintenance tasks safely, efficiently and effectively.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to facility maintenance.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and handle maintenance equipment.
• Be a US citizen and successfully pass a background check.

Working Conditions:

• The role may require working in various environments, including indoors and outdoors.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
• The work will require the employee to live within 30 minutes of El Paso, Texas.
• The employee will be required to perform work on site and respond to site while on an on-call duty status.
