Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Document Control Manager to oversee the complete document and data control lifecycle for a multi-billion dollar mega-project in Riyadh. In this role you will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and managing robust document control processes, systems, and governance across the entire Program Management Office (PMO), contractors, and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will ensure that all project information—including engineering deliverables, commercial correspondence, technical submissions, and project records—is accurately controlled, maintained, and retrieved in compliance with project and client standards, ensuring audit readiness and data integrity from inception to closeout.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Ensure that the Document Control Procedure is followed by the PMO and the PMCs and update the Procedure when needed.

• Manage the EDMS for the Programme.

• Create Workflows for Programme Documentation in the EDMS.

• Provide outstanding/overdue weekly log reports.

• Training team members on the EDMS.

• Experience in procedure writing.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Degree Qualified or equivalent in Business Administration, Documentation or related field

• 10+ years experience in document control management.

• Willingness to share knowledge and train others on the EDMS and Sharepoint.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate communication with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with document management systems.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Self Motivation to gain alignment on the EDMS with the PMO and PMCs on the EDMS.

• PMP preferred.

• Certification in document control (e.g., Certified Document Controller or ISO 9001) or records management.

• Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory document retention requirements.

• Familiarity with document control systems and project management and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
