Direttore PMC ( Progetto di Ponte Sospeso)

Il nostro scopo è di supervisionare tutte le attività del contraente del design build ed agire come rappresentante del Cliente per tutti gli appaltatori e gli stakeholder, fornendo assistenza in tutte le questioni relative alla progettazione ed alla costruzione di questo iconico progetto.

Descrizione del lavoro

Stiamo cercando un Direttore PMC per implementare soluzioni ad alcune delle sfide più complesse. Fornirà indicazioni e direttive chiare ad un team di personale Senior anche quando si trovano ad affrontare gli ostacoli più complessi. Ci rivolgiamo ad esperti affermati del settore, dotati di un atteggiamento collaborativo e di comprovate capacità di leadership.

Responsabilità chiave

· Collabora a stretto contatto con il Cliente per sviluppare la visione del programma e la strategia di attuazione.

· Sviluppa piani di implementazione, piani di gestione del rischio, piani di qualità, piani di consegna dei partner, modelli contrattuali ed obiettivi generali del programma.

· Fornisce competenza tecnica e guida in tutte le fasi dei progetti, rimanendo aggiornato sulle migliori pratiche del settore e sulle tecnologie emergenti relative ai ponti sospesi.

· Responsabile della fornitura e dell'esecuzione complessiva del programma, compresi sicurezza, qualità e prestazioni del personale Parsons.

· Leadership e gestione proattiva dei principali stakeholder senior e delle loro aspettative.

· Gestione dei budget del programma, delle strategie di approvvigionamento e del flusso di cassa.

· Mentore e guida dei dipendenti promuovendo un ambiente di collaborativo ed innovativo.

Competenze richieste

· È richiesta una laurea quinquennale in ingegneria o in un campo simile.

· Oltre 25 anni di esperienza nel settore dell'ingegneria e delle costruzioni.

· Almeno 10 anni di esperienza di leadership in un progetto di tipologia e portata simili.

· Ampia esperienza nella gestione e realizzazione di progetti di ponti sospesi su larga scala.

· Esperienza positiva comprovata in ruoli esecutivi in importanti progetti di costruzione di infrastrutture.

· Esperienza nella gestione di mega progetti

· Competenze comprovate nella gestione degli stakeholder a livello di C-suite e di rappresentanza nazionale, ad esempio interazioni a livello ministeriale.

· Forte intuito per gli affari e capacità di prendere decisioni consapevoli basate su dati e analisi.

Competenze auspicate

· Certificazione o registrazione di Project Management o Construction Management

· Sarà considerata preferenziale l'esperienza di lavoro nel paesi del Golfo (Medio Oriente)

Program Director EMC (Suspension Bridge Project)

Parsons is proud to be the selected PMC assisting our Client in managing the full project delivery. Our scope is to oversee all activity of the design build contractor and to act as the client’s representative to all assigned contractors and stakeholders; providing resolution to any arising technical and contractual issues.

Job Description

We are looking to engage a Program Director to implement solutions to some of the most complex of challenges. You will provide guidance and clear direction to a team of directors, even when faced with the most nuanced of obstacles. We are targeting accomplished industry experts; in possession of a collaborative attitude and proven leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities

· Working closely with the client to develop the program's vision and delivery strategy.

· Developing implementation plans, risk management plans, quality plans, delivery partner plans, contract templates and overall program goals.

· Provide technical expertise and guidance through all stages of the projects, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to suspension bridges.

· Responsible for the overall delivery and execution of the program including safety, quality, and Parsons staff performance.

· Proactive leadership and management of key senior stakeholders and their expectations.

· Manages Program budgets, procurement strategies and cashflow.

· Mentor and lead employees fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation.

Required Skills

· 25+ years of experience in the engineering and construction industry.

· A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience on a project of similar type and scale.

· Extensive experience in managing and delivering large-scale suspension bridge projects.

· Proven record of accomplishment in an executive role on major Infrastructure Construction Projects.

· Experience in Collaborative Project Management or Delivery Partnerships.

· University bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar field required.

· Proven stakeholder management skills to c-suite and national representation levels e.g., Minster level interactions.

· Strong business acumen and the ability to make well-informed decisions based on data and analysis.

Desired Skills

· Project Management or Construction Management certification or registration

· Experience of working in the GCC would be considered desirable.
