Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Design Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to drive the design management towards the successful execution of complex design projects from inception to completion.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collaborate closely with the Design Director and the Client Team

• Manage consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality buildings and urban environments – design through to construction.

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Discipline Leads and external team members, including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, engineers, and quantity surveyors.

• Plan, delegate, and manage workflows within the team structure, ensuring efficient reporting and planning processes.

• Act as a primary liaison with clients and their representatives, maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Contribute to the preparation of client reports, technical proposals, developing work plans, and creating project schedules.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in building design, master planning and urban design.

• Proven experience managing teams within established architecture/engineering firms.

• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian municipalities, developers, and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong leadership and project delivery skills, with a track record of managing complex design projects.

• Knowledge of sustainability principles such as LEED, Mostadam, or similar certifications.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
