Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented and experienced Defensive Systems Missile ITEAMs Lead to join our team! In this role, you will lead a team performing all-source missile analysis of interceptors associated with air defense systems. This includes detailed analysis of missile subsystems including propulsion, aerodynamics, propulsion, guidance, navigation and integrated RF and EOIR seekers.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Working closely with the customer to understand and deliver quality products that accomplish their mission.

• Coordinating multiple analysis tasks and staff performing analysis including dynamic prioritization of resources throughout the task.

• Reviewing and directing staff and subcontractors providing products expected by the customer.

• Leading quick-look analysis preparation and detailed intelligence-based reports on systems under study.

• Supporting analysis by providing experienced engineering insight that leads analysis efforts.

• Interviewing and supporting the hiring of key staff to support this mission.

Required Clearance:

• Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess an ACTIVE TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Aerospace, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or and 15+ years of experience.

• Experience with/understanding of ground-to-air missile systems and subsystems.

• Experience supporting the intelligence community on ITEAMs efforts, preferably in a leadership capacity.

• Ability to mentor and provide task leadership.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Prior leadership experience over teams of teams.

• Prior experience establishing teams and supporting program transitions.

• Broad technical experience of all missile subsystems and specific SME experience in one or more subsystem areas.

Salary Range: 

$67.64 - $121.78
