Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an experienced and innovative Data Architect to design and implement a comprehensive data ontology for our large cloud-based capability. This role is pivotal in managing and normalizing data from hundreds of files originating from at least five different sensor types, ensuring that the data is prepared for analysis and building training datasets for AI models.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop a robust data ontology that supports the seamless integration and normalization of diverse data sources.

• Collaborate closely with software development teams to ensure that our systems can efficiently process and utilize large quantities of data, leveraging OpenSearch and Elastic Search frameworks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to design scalable and efficient data architectures that meet the needs of our AI and data analysis initiatives.

• Possess excellent problem-solving abilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with cloud platforms, data modeling, and AI training data preparation is essential.

• Play a critical role in driving the success of our data-driven projects, ensuring that our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and capable of supporting advanced analytics and AI applications.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Deep understanding of data architecture, cloud technologies, and data normalization processes, with a proven track record in handling large-scale data projects.

• Must have at least 10 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience with data design and management for large cloud-based capability systems. 

• Active TS/SCI w/Poly

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience with the NC3 mission space

• AWS Cloud certifications

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
