Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Rotation Director to join our team! In this role (under the guidance of the PM) directs and manages service delivery and rotational training operations across the Army National Guard (ARNG) Combat Readiness Exercise (CRX) Program.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Directly supports the Program Manager and is responsible for ensuring delivery of services in line with contract and funding requirements; achieving high quality deliverables for customer Rotational Training Unit Brigade Combat Teams.
• In support of the CRX PM, the Rotation Director organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support of rotational training operations.
• Serves as the lead for the scheduling and development of the Initial, Main, and Final Planning Conferences with Memorandums of Instruction (MOI) and Memorandums of Agreement (MOA).

• Develops and publishes the Exercise Directive, Exercise Rules of Engagement, collective training
• Develops the training scenario in accordance with the Title 32 Commander’s training objectives and produces plan to address all collective training in accordance with the Rotational Unit Commander’s guidance.
• Serves as the primary program liaison from WTB to the training unit and corresponding Joint Forces Headquarters (JFHQ) during each rotational training cycle.
• Directs development and facilitates mid and post-rotational programmatic AARs and provides “lessons learned” recommendations for future training exercises.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Master’s Degree preferred) in related technical/business field and at least 10-12 years of related work experience is required.
• Command and General Staff College Intermediate Level Education (ILE) (MEL4) and / or Senior Service College Graduate (preferred).
• Must have a current/active Secret clearance
• Candidate should have a broad general technical and business background, as well as previous project management experience on similar or related projects.
• Must have highly relevant experience and subject matter expertise in US Army Training Management and the delivery/task orders such as Military Live, Virtual, Constructive and Gaming (LVC-G) training methods and procedures; Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADDS); and Integration of distributed Mission Command Simulations Systems.
• Must have highly relevant experience at the LTC-/GS-14-Senior Analyst equivalent or higher level working with US Army National Guard (ARNG) or US Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) Brigade Combat Teams. Equivalent experience as program manager with government or contractor support to government of three years or more is preferred.
• Must be capable of integrating, synchronizing, and optimizing training plans, schedules and resources Nationwide in support of rotational training units and JFHQs with training management, resource management, unit maintenance and logistical management, personnel and battle-roster management, ammunition requirements, and current Large Scale Combat Operations (LSCO) battlefield operations.
• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a thorough knowledge of Government practices and regulations are also required.  In addition, must be knowledgeable of CRX and training technologies and how they may be effectively utilized on the project to support CRX Rotational unit training. 
• Must be former Battalion Commander and have brigade-level staff experience with either an US Army National Guard or United States Army training or maneuver brigade. 
• Preferred experience includes the implementation of training strategies; developing and enhancing proficient battle staffs; employing top tier training management processes; and developing, designing, planning, preparing, supporting, and documenting complex live, virtual, constructive training exercises and events — all in context of the Decisive Action Training Environment.
• Must possess in-depth and current understanding of the missions, functions and structure of the Army’s Infantry, Armor, Stryker and Mobile Brigade Combat Teams and the ; in-depth and current understanding of U.S. Army and joint operational doctrine; and in-depth and current understanding of relevant threat force doctrine and tactics. 
• Must possess the ability to organize and lead multidisciplinary planning teams to deliver an executive level product with minimum guidance in a short period of time. 

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
