Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Cost Control Manager  to join our team! In this role you will get to leading all cost management and cost control activities across the project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, change control, cash flow monitoring, and financial risk analysis. The role ensures accurate cost visibility, supports informed decision-making, identifies cost variances, and implements corrective actions to maintain project delivery within the approved budget and commercial objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience of directing cost engineering, cost estimating, control and analysis, planning and scheduling, schedule development, control, and analysis. Experience and demonstrated skill in establishing criteria and system set-up for all project controls activities.

• Statistical knowledge in the areas of sampling distributions, probability, and hypothesis testing. Knowledge in supervision, personnel administration, and training of technical and non-technical personnel.

• Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, direct, perform, review, and present cost engineering and cost estimating products. This includes planning and scheduling products independently with minimal supervision using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to technical planning and scheduling skills and engineering design and construction practices.

• Working knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up / set up work processes.

• Expertise must have been gained from working for reputed firms.

• Must have led large PC Department working with top international firms an on prestigious projects.

• Demonstrated skill in management, supervisory and personnel administrative functions.

• Excellent Arabic / English verbal and written communication skills

• Experience of working internationally (preference KSA experience).

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s in quantity surveying, engineering or cost engineering from an accredited university.

• Minimum 18 years’ experience in project controls (cost) schedule) on large projects include overall responsibility for project controls on large-scale projects.
