Successful candidates will have proven experience in one of the following roles:
Contracts Administrators
Candidates must be US Persons with preferred location in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Requires a working knowledge of industry business practices and the negotiation of prime contracts. Incumbent must also possess strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with contract administration.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field and at least 5+ years of prime contract administration experience is required.
NCMA certified, CPCM, Govt acquisition background and industry
Subcontracts Administrators
Candidates must be US Persons located in the National Capital Region (NCR).
A broad knowledge of subcontracting activities typical to the engineering and construction industry is required. In addition, excellent written and oral communications skills, a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with procurement, and an ability to effectively negotiate subcontracts is also required.
Bachelor's degree in business administration (or related field) and typically 5+ years of related work experience involving typical procurement activities, including subcontracting.
Experience managing a portfolio of up to $1B
Subcontracts Director
Candidates must be US Persons located in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) and typically 10+ years of related work experience involving typical procurement activities, including subcontracting.
An extensive knowledge of subcontracting activities typical to the federal aviation, engineering and construction is required. In addition, excellent written and oral communications skills, a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with procurement, and an ability to effectively negotiate subcontracts is also required, as well as proven ability to perform in a lead capacity.
Experience with award or incentive fee contracts
Demonstrated experience successfully managing and leading teams
Experience managing a portfolio of at least $5B to $10B
