Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage site operations for the iconic NEOM The Line project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale construction, with a strong background in on-site supervision, quality control, and safety compliance. This is a critical leadership role that requires an individual who can ensure project execution aligns with stringent standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Interpret and implement project plans, specifications, and drawings, providing guidance to site teams and subcontractors.

• Conduct regular inspections of work in progress and completed work to ensure compliance with project requirements, industry codes, and safety regulations.

• Identify and report potential construction issues, schedule delays, and quality discrepancies to the Project Manager.

• Lead site meetings, manage daily logs, and prepare progress reports for management.

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and other project teams to resolve technical and logistical challenges.

• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on site, ensuring all personnel adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

• Manage and monitor material deliveries, equipment usage, and resource allocation to maintain project efficiency.

• Review and approve contractor work to ensure it meets contractual obligations and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision on major infrastructure or industrial projects is required.

• Demonstrated experience working on large-scale, complex projects in the Middle East is highly desirable.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.
