Job Description:
The BNATCS Chief of Staff serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to the Program Leadership Team, supporting execution across all program and business functions. This role ensures alignment of priorities, drives operational excellence, and enables effective decision-making for one of our largest and most complex programs. The Chief of Staff will provide direct oversight of key initiatives, streamline communications, and coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, program management, HR, finance, and contracts to achieve program goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
Serve as the right hand to the BNATCS Program Director, ensuring strategic and operational priorities are executed effectively.
Coordinate and track high-priority initiatives, milestones, and deliverables across program workstreams.
Partner closely with Sector, Functional, and Corporate stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Lead internal operations rhythm—agenda planning, meeting facilitation, and action tracking for program leadership forums and customer engagements.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate program status, risks, and resource needs.
Drive process improvements that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and information flow within the program.
Support talent planning and staffing initiatives in coordination with HR and the Talent Acquisition team.
Manage sensitive communications and confidential information with discretion.
Represent the Program Director in meetings and briefings as needed.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in program operations, management consulting, or project leadership within a large, complex organization.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional coordination and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience supporting senior executives and managing sensitive or confidential matters.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Master’s degree in business administration or engineering management (or equivalent experience).
Prior experience supporting FAA or large-scale federal engineering programs.
Familiarity with defense or government contracting environments.
Demonstrated success in program integration and performance management.
