Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate HSE to join the Tamkeen Program – Parsons.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learn and perform a variety of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) duties by applying basic HSE principles, techniques, and analyses within the discipline.
- Work under close supervision while being trained on the application of HSE standards, regulations, and best practices in the workplace.
- Gain exposure to Parsons’ HSE procedures, incident reporting, risk assessments, and field safety observations.
- Participate in site inspections, toolbox talks, and support the implementation of safety programs.
- Assist in maintaining HSE documentation, records, and compliance reports.
- Some assignments may involve the use of HSE software tools and digital safety platforms.
- Willingness to travel or relocate to supplier, client, or construction site locations is expected.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Typically 0+ years of related HSE work experience.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
What Desired Skills You’ll Bring:
- Basic knowledge of HSE standards, safety procedures, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
- Familiarity with HSE reporting systems, inspection checklists, and incident documentation.
- Knowledge of HSE software tools or digital safety applications is a plus.
