Job Summary

Parsons’ Creative Hub is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a passion for design and a drive to learn in a fast‑paced professional environment. As part of our Bid Studio, you will support the creation of high‑quality proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for major infrastructure and development projects across the Middle East and Europe.

This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is eager to develop technical skills, gain exposure to real‑world projects, and work alongside experienced designers in a collaborative, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in producing layouts, graphics, and visual materials for proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral under the guidance of senior team members.

• Prepare and adapt templates, images, and layouts to meet project requirements.

• Support the creation of infographics, charts, covers, and basic animations.

• Ensure all materials follow Parsons’ and client brand guidelines.

• Maintain organized design files and libraries.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

• Learn and adopt best practices in design workflow, software use, and file preparation for both print and digital output.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships and academic projects will be considered).

• Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus).

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a deadline‑driven environment.

• Basic understanding of layout, color theory, and typography.

• A developing portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical ability, and potential for growth.
