Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Architect ( Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will be assisting with design review and coordination of key packages, reports/presentation, and integration with core Technical, Design and Construction teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, technical specifications, material selections, and shop drawings.

• BIM Coordination: experience with BIM workflows and maintain model quality in coordination with BIM managers, ensuring alignment with project execution plans.

• Compliance & Standards: knowledge of buildings codes, authority requirements, local zoning regulations, and internal design standards.

• Design Development: involvement with schematic designs, 3D models, and high-quality renderings for residential, commercial, or non-industrial projects.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP consultants, and contractors, to ensure integrated and constructible solutions.

• Reporting documents: Assisting with management, client, and project control reporting and presentations.

• Construction experience: Traditional design process and/or Design & Build construction project experience.

• Site Supervision: assisting construction team with site visit, shop drawings, and procurement stages to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design documents and resolution with any field-related architectural issues.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Education: Bachelors in Architecture

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

• Software Proficiency: General knowledge of Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and other 3D visualization tools. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/ or similar document and presentation software platforms.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Sustainable Design: Experience with green building norms and sustainable design practices relevant to arid climates.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, consultants, and governing bodies.

• Technical Acumen: Ability to handle RFIs, check material submittals, and manage architectural documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
