Job Description:

Airborne Radar Engineering Intern

Let’s talk about what you’ll be doing:

In this role you'll work in a US Army R&D organization specializing in radar systems. You'll interface directly with scientists and engineers to advance the state of technology of modern radars that are used for aerial intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. We offer hands on access to cutting edge analysis, modeling, and simulation technologies in a great work culture. Your responsibilities will vary and may include working on items such as data analysis, algorithm development, or software development. You will be reporting to US Government engineering team and project leads. Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD (onsite).

Here's What We’re Looking for:

Required Qualifications

• Must be eligible for a government security clearance which requires proof of US citizenship 
• Student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in STEM
• Rising junior or senior preferably 
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 

Desired qualifications (project work preferred)

• Hardware test/improvement background
• C++, Python, and MATLAB experience 
• Signal processing background
• Self-driven and motivated
• Should have strong written and interpersonal communication skills

Salary Range: 

$21.44 - $37.55
