Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our Air Base Air Defense team supporting the US Air Forces Europe (USAFE) and Air Forces Africa (AFAFRICA)! **This position is located in Ramstein AFB, Germany (International Assignment) **NO REMOTE WORK**

What You'll Be Doing:

• Plan and execute all aspects of assigned projects including the development of scope of work (SOW) documents, budgets, schedules, and project implementation plans.

• Coordinate project requirements with client to ensure delivery of high-quality project deliverables.

• Collaborate with the ABAD Program Manager to establish project schedule and budget to include the number of hours required for successful completion of project tasks; monitors progress to meet requirements.

• Anticipate project staffing needs and collaborates with the ABAD Program Manager to identify and select personnel.

• Develop project documents, processes, and procedures required to support quality control and final project deliverables.

• Plan materials requirements and work with purchasing staff to coordinate supply support for field teams.

• Submit regular reports to client; responds to client issues and/or expectation concerns.

• Keep client and Project or Program Manager informed of the daily project activities.

• Maintain accurate documentation of job progress through daily logs and other reports.

• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Minimum of BS degree in Management or Technical field and 10+ years relevant project management experience.

• Proven ability to perform in a management capacity

• Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time

• Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines and deadlines

• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems

• Minimum Secret clearance required to start with eligibility for TS/SCI within 6 months of hire.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
