Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Utilities Coordinator (Landscape & Irrigation) to join our team! In this role you will get to Independently handle the NOC applications in the RTA Portal (Information NOC, Trial Trench ,Construction NOC and revalidation NOCs and as-built handing over) and all necessary follow up with all authorities
What You'll be Doing:
Responsible for assisting RE for controlling project activities for all related NOC works
Independently handle the NOC applications in the RTA Portal (Information NOC, Trial Trench, Construction NOC and revalidation NOCs and as-built handing over) and all necessary follow up with all authorities.
Following /checking all NOC letters (Arabic/ English), Documents for getting approval from Municipality / Authorities & etc.
Following, monitoring the Trial Trench N.O.C. as well as Construction N.O.C. and and making sure about all the submittals are addressing to the respective authorities and to attend the meeting.
Coordinating along with all authorities along with contractor to avoid any delays of obtaining the work permit /NOCS
Making Sure , contractor will full fill all the authorities requirement
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Degree from a recognized institution
Minimum 8 years experience in all type of works related to NOCs for irrigation & landscaping construction works, NDRC NOCs processing, building permit processing, assisting construction manager
Must have full and complete knowledge in the NOC requirements and procedure of all the authorities in RTA Portal
Full knowledge about Construction NOC processing , and all rolls and RTA NOC portal regulation
All the NOC requirements & Approach for DEWA and other authorities, and to follow-up the status of submitted Construction NOC
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Primavera P3
Confident in his own ability to control the Works
Excellent written and communication skills(English)
Time management, and supervisory skills
Demonstrated ability to prepare instructions, specifications, and reports and cost estimates
Ability to liaise with DM and other infrastructure
