Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Task Manager to join our team. In this role you will get to provide knowledge management support to enable information sharing among analysts and organizations by shaping workflow/processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Use Government-furnished, centralized, and peripheral databases/records management systems and provide analytics, dashboarding, and reporting on performance/usage metrics.

• Compile reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.

• Posting, editing, distributing, and maintaining appropriate content on classified and unclassified website/portals.

• Organizing data, establishing file structures, and ensuring information is captured and stored in locations accessible to authorized users.

• Ensuring proper security protocols are used to protect classified, proprietary, and personally-identifiable information.

• Use Government-furnished tools to build, update, and maintain databases which could be used to produce stand alone products and/or used to support all source analytic production.

• Develop metrics from designated databases or data sets and prepare reports and presentations with the metrics.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience working closely with senior DOD clients and points of contact across multiple agencies

• Experience with administrative support work, including task management processes

• Knowledge of the IC and COCOM environments

• TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a CI polygraph

• HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of professional experience, Associate's degree and 4+ years of professional experience , or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience

• Active TS/SCI w/ CI poly 

• Ability to multitask while paying close attention to detail

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Salary Range: 

$70,500.00 - $123,400.00
