Job Description:

We are seeking Systems Engineers to support the design, integration, and analysis of complex systems, with emphasis on radar and surveillance technologies. Openings are available at the Mid, Senior, and Lead levels.

Candidates with FAA program experience, particularly in surveillance and radar systems, are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities (all levels)

  • Perform systems engineering across the full lifecycle (requirements, design, integration, verification, validation).
  • Support development of concepts, architectures, trade studies, and system analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements and performance objectives are met.
  • Prepare and deliver technical documentation, reports, and presentations.

Mid-Level

Responsibilities:

  • Perform subsystem-level systems engineering (requirements, design, and integration).
  • Support trade studies and analyses under guidance of senior engineers. Participate in system-level reviews and contribute to integration/test activities.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).
  • Solid foundation in requirements analysis, system integration, and testing.
  • Preferred: Exposure to radar or surveillance systems.

Senior-Level (System Integration Focus):

Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements development and system integration activities across subsystems.
  • Manage interface definitions, verification strategies, and system validation.
  • Conduct complex trade studies and provide recommendations for system design.
  • Coordinate systems engineering tasks across multiple technical domains.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).
  • Deep experience in full lifecycle systems engineering for complex systems.
  • Preferred: FAA program experience and familiarity with FAA radar/surveillance systems.

Lead-Level

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive system architectures and technical strategy for large-scale programs.
  • Lead trade studies for major system-level decisions and risk reduction.
  • Provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • o Mentor mid- and senior-level engineers in systems engineering practices.
  • Serve as primary interface with FAA stakeholders on systems engineering activities.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).
  • Proven leadership in architecting, integrating, and validating large, complex systems.
  • Preferred: Extensive FAA experience and in-depth knowledge of FAA surveillance and/or radar systems.

Salary Range: $100,900.00 - $176,600.00
