Job Description:

We are seeking Logistics Engineers to support integrated logistics and sustainment for surveillance and radar equipment and infrastructure. Openings are available at Mid, Senior, and Lead levels. Candidates with FAA experience, particularly with surveillance and radar systems, are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities (all levels):

  • Support integrated logistics planning and execution for surveillance and radar systems.
  • Coordinate logistics inputs/outputs with Government, Integrated Logistics Management Team (ILMT), subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure logistics activities support operational readiness, maintenance, and sustainment objectives.
  • Prepare logistics documentation, reports, and analyses to support program requirements.

Mid-Level (Logistics Support):

· Responsibilities:

  • Assist with logistics coordination for installations, deployments, and sustainment.
  • Track and report logistics metrics under guidance from senior staff.
  • Support interfaces between internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).
  • Exposure to logistics support for complex systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with FAA surveillance or radar systems.

Senior-Level (Logistics Coordination):

· Responsibilities:

  • Lead logistics planning and coordination across multiple teams and sites.
  • Ensure alignment of logistics activities with operational and sustainment requirements.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for Government, ILMT, and vendor logistics coordination.
  • Provide input to reliability, maintainability, and quality control processes.

· Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in integrated logistics support for complex systems.
  • Preferred: FAA surveillance or radar systems experience.

Lead-Level (Logistics Leadership & Strategy):

· Responsibilities:

  • Direct overall logistics strategy for surveillance and radar programs.
  • Lead multi-team coordination across internal engineering, manufacturing, contracts, and field services organizations.
  • Mentor mid- and senior-level logistics engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA and Government logistics requirements.

· Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of related experience with a BS (or equivalent).
  • Demonstrated leadership in integrated logistics support for mission-critical systems.
  • Preferred: Extensive FAA surveillance or radar systems experience.

Salary Range: $86,700.00 - $151,700.00
