You will ensure that the architectural vision and project timelines remain intact by proactively resolving conflicts and securing necessary approvals across all site-wide interfaces for our major Giga-projects.

Approval & Permitting: Lead the process of securing NOCs (No Objection Certificates) and various building permits from relevant Saudi authorities and municipalities.
Conflict Resolution: Identify potential overlaps or disputes between stakeholders regarding site access, utility connections, or design changes, and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
Architectural Advisory: Leverage your architectural background to interpret technical drawings and explain design impacts to non-technical stakeholders or government representatives.
Community & PR Liaison: Coordinate with local communities and external agencies to mitigate the impact of site activities and uphold the project’s reputation.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture/ or related field from an accredited university.
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in stakeholder management, project coordination, or architectural project management within the KSA construction industry.

Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills; able to influence senior-level decision-makers and navigate complex bureaucratic structures.
Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret complex architectural master plans, BIM models, and infrastructure drawings.
