Job Description:
Parsons Corporation seeks a highly skilled and experienced Senior Stage-Gate Lead to contribute to the groundbreaking NEOM THE LINE project. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, a strong focus on process improvement, and a passion for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop, implement, and manage the Stage-Gate process for the project, ensuring adherence to the defined stages and gates.
Oversee the preparation and review of gate review packages, including design documents, risk assessments, and cost estimates.
Facilitate gate review meetings, ensuring timely decision-making and effective communication.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including work breakdown structures, activity sequencing, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and delays.
Implement effective change management processes to accommodate project changes.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Develop contingency plans to address potential risks.
Monitor and report on risk exposures.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance.
Track and report on project metrics, including schedule adherence, budget performance, and quality.
Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Continuously evaluate the Stage-Gate process and identify opportunities for improvement.
Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance project delivery.
Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the project team.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMI and PRINCE2.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
