Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Specialist – Reporting to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for delivering the required reporting for the Project. Responsible and accountable for ensuring reports are produced in full coordination with the client and with delivery partners. Stadium experience or experience in large-scale public venues is preferred due to the specialized nature of such projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supports the development and implementation Standard operating procedures for the reporting aspects of the program as directed by the Senior Reporting Manager and the Sector Director.
• Provides guidance and support to the reporting specialists concerning day to day performance of the work scope.
• Supports the facilitation of forming partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for reporting among our team (including subcontractors).
• Responsible for external reporting, including all major contracts.
• Responsible for working closely with the client and delivery partners to ensure best for program reporting decisions.
• Reports reporting challenges and issues to the Senior Director and helps to develop appropriate resolutions/mitigations as necessary.
• Assigns work to employees, oversees, and tracks the completion of work assignments as directed by the Senior Director.
• Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals, takes corrective action as necessary.
• Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.
• Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• 4-year degree in a relevant technical field and at least 8+ years of related experience in reporting of major capital works.
• Demonstrated teamwork and management skills.

• Good written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required, both internal and external facing. 
• Ability to work in teams. Ability to follow through. Ability to clearly deliver work instructions in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Sound understanding and appreciation of controls and/or reporting in complex mega projects, adhering to strict client standards and best practice.
• Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.
• Good organization and follow through abilities.
• Good business judgment.

  • Power BI Intermediate User
  • Microsoft Excel Intermediate User
  • Strong business acumen
  • Artistic acumen in dashboard presentations
