Job Description:

Parsons seeks highly skilled mid to senior-level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team providing mission critical software applications to the US Army. The candidate will work within a team setting supporting our government customer by developing test tools to validate a software application providing scientific computations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics

• Strong level of knowledge in Python, Java and/or C/C++

• Agile development experience

• Experience working with Jira

• Experience working with GitLab and Subversion

• Knowledge of Modular Open Systems Architecture and/or SOLID design principles

• Windows development experience

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance

• Master’s degree in computer sciences, Mathematics, Engineering or Physics

• Experience in C#/.Net

• Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) UI development

• SQL Database and Data Modeling experience

• Windows and Linux development experience

• Knowledge in Indirect Artillery Fires

Salary Range: 

$117,000.00 - $227,900.00
