Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Engineer – Saudi National (Civil) to join our team!
In this role, you will oversee civil engineering works on site, ensuring all construction activities align with engineering designs, project requirements, and quality standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct daily site inspections for civil works, ensuring adherence to design specifications and project requirements.
• Prepare engineering calculations, drawings, surveys, and technical documentation as needed.
• Review supplier and contractor drawings, submittals, and reports.
• Monitor civil construction activities and ensure compliance with project schedules and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support to CAD Designers/Drafters and junior engineers on assigned tasks.
• Participate in material inspections, quality checks, and progress reviews.
• Assist with preparing specifications, data sheets, and requisitions for civil materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors throughout the construction phase.
• Support the resolution of technical challenges encountered during construction.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering or site supervision.
• Engineering-in-Training (EIT) Certificate preferred.
• Proficient in CAD and other engineering software tools.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Solid understanding of civil construction methods and standards.
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.
