Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Projects Manager (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will get to lead and manage complex projects, ensuring delivery in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives while aligning with client requirements and corporate standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Plan, direct, and control all technical, commercial, financial, and administrative aspects of assigned projects.
- Define program goals, develop execution strategies, and ensure alignment with client objectives, contract terms, and company policies.
- Oversee the development and implementation of key project plans, including Project Execution Plan, HSE Plan, and QA/QC Plan.
- Establish project requirements and ensure all deliverables meet defined standards and expectations.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, assigning responsibilities based on capabilities and project needs.
- Manage scope development, monitor scope changes, and negotiate variations with clients and subcontractors.
- Drive commercial performance, ensuring projects are delivered within or below budget.
- Identify and secure additional business opportunities with existing clients.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, implementing corrective actions to address delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure timely preparation and management of change orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to mobilize resources and support project delivery.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates to senior management and clients.
- Act as the primary company representative with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Support team development, including performance evaluations and training initiatives.
- Promote technical and commercial excellence through adherence to quality assurance processes.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as required.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field.
- Typically 15+ years of related experience, including significant project management experience on large or complex projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scope, cost, schedule, and risk management.
- Ability to meet Qiddiya project management certification requirements.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams and large-scale project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction integration.
