- Work with planners to develop baseline and look‑ahead schedules (e.g. using Primavera, MS Project), and track performance against key milestones.
- Coordinate procurement strategies and long‑lead items to avoid disruptions and ensure continuity of work.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, city authorities, utilities, community representatives and other external stakeholders.
- Lead stakeholder engagement for citywide works, including coordination with traffic police, utility companies, municipal authorities and local communities.

- Ensure construction works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and contractual requirements.
- Oversee coordination of citywide traffic management, diversions, temporary works and public safety measures during construction.
- Champion health, safety and environmental (HSE) culture across all citywide projects; ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory HSE standards.
- Review and approve key method statements, risk assessments and permits to work for high‑risk activities.
- Ensure robust quality management systems are in place, including inspection and test plans (ITPs), material approvals and audits.
- Oversee project budgets and cost control across the citywide programme; track expenditures, forecasts and cash flow.
- Identify and manage programme‑level risks, including schedule, cost, stakeholder, technical and operational risks.
- Lead value engineering and optimisation initiatives, balancing cost, time, quality and stakeholder impact.

- Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and clients, including progress, risk, issues and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and records across projects (progress reports, meeting minutes, change logs, as‑built records).
- Support project close‑out and handover, including punch list management, defect resolution and final acceptance documentation.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct reviews and support career development and succession planning.
- Promote a collaborative, high‑performance culture focused on safety, quality, schedule adherence and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing and sharing lessons learned and best practices across citywide projects.
What Required Skills You'll Bring;
