Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager – Equipment Installation / Fit-Out to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead and manage equipment installation and fit-out activities for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with project objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and oversee spatial plans to maximize efficiency and functionality.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve spatial conflicts and challenges.

• Ensure alignment of space planning with overall project objectives and requirements.

• Conduct regular reviews and updates of spatial layouts to meet evolving project needs.

• Monitor project progress and address space management issues promptly.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues related to space utilization and project timelines.

• Provide leadership and support to project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in spatial planning and coordination for large-scale projects.

• Proficiency in CAD and other space planning software.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex project tasks.

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
