Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager – Civil Structure Architecture to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead and manage the design and construction of civil and architectural components for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the design and construction of civil and structural works for complex manufacturing facilities.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless alignment between architectural and structural elements.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that deliverables meet client expectations and project objectives.
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring collaboration and timely completion of milestones.
Engage with stakeholders to provide regular project updates and address any concerns or challenges.
Drive continuous improvement in processes, promoting innovation and efficiency across project phases.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
15+ years of experience in civil structure and architecture project management, with a focus on large-scale manufacturing or technology projects.
Proven ability to lead complex projects, managing budgets, schedules, and resources.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
