Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Manager – Building Management and Control Systems to join our team! In this role, you will get to lead the design and implementation of intelligent control systems for advanced manufacturing and technology building projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee the integration of building management and control systems to optimize operational efficiency.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure building systems align with project goals and client needs.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure successful delivery of building management solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in building management systems.
Drive innovation in smart building technologies, continuously improving system performance and sustainability.
Liaise with clients and project stakeholders to address technical concerns and provide regular updates.
Lead and mentor teams of engineers and technicians, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for integrating advanced technologies in building management systems.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in managing building control systems for complex projects, preferably in advanced manufacturing or technology environments.
Proven track record in delivering smart building solutions on time and within budget.
Expertise in integrating various building systems to optimize efficiency and sustainability.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
In-depth knowledge of building management and control systems, as well as cutting-edge smart building technologies.
