Job Description:

Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of hospitality projects, including luxury resorts, boutique hotels, and mixed-use hospitality complexes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management within the hospitality sector and a strong understanding of the unique requirements of hotel environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage all phases of hospitality project development, from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and construction efforts.

• Develop and enforce project execution plans, including timelines, budgets, Health & Safety protocols, and QA/QC frameworks.

• Oversee financial and contractual aspects of the project, including scope management, change orders, procurement strategies, and budget tracking.

• Conduct regular site inspections, design reviews, and progress updates with developers, brand operators, and local authorities.

• Resolve project-related challenges and ensure compliance with international hospitality standards, brand guidelines, and local regulations.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Support business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying future opportunities in hotel and resort development.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 20 years of experience in project management, with at least 10 years in hospitality projects.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale hospitality developments on time and within budget.

• Strong knowledge of project management principles, financial management, and contractual agreements.

• Familiarity with international hospitality standards and brand guidelines (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, Accor).

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) and relevant local licensing where applicable.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring

• Experience working in the Middle East, Asia, or other emerging hospitality markets.

• Technically astute with up-to-date knowledge of sustainable design, smart technologies, and energy efficiency in hotel environments.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
