Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Procurement Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre to join our team!

In this role, you will lead the procurement strategy and execution for a fast-track hyperscale data center project with a capacity of 100–150MW. The program involves complex engineering, high utility demand, and multiple contractor and consultant packages. Strategic procurement is critical to ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and risk mitigation across all phases.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement the procurement strategy aligned with project milestones.

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for major packages (MEP, civils, utilities, specialist systems).

• Lead tendering, bid evaluation, and contract award processes.

• Negotiate commercial terms and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

• Coordinate with design and delivery teams to align procurement with technical specifications.

• Monitor supplier performance and manage procurement risks.

• Maintain procurement reporting, dashboards, and audit trails.

• Support claims, variations, and contract administration as needed.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• 10–15 years in procurement roles, with significant experience in large-scale infrastructure or data center projects.

• Strong understanding of procurement systems, contract law, and commercial negotiation.

• Familiarity with hyperscale data center delivery, fast-track procurement, and multi-package contracting.

• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. CIPS or equivalent certification is preferred.

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

• Experience in international sourcing and logistics for critical infrastructure.

• Knowledge of regional procurement regulations and vendor ecosystems.

• Ability to operate in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
