Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Photographer to join our team! The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images that reflect the vibrancy and diversity of the city. This role involves working closely with various departments to document events, projects, and daily activities that showcase the city's development and community engagement.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Capture high-resolution images of city events, infrastructure projects, and community activities, ensuring that each photograph tells a compelling story and aligns with the company's vision.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to produce visual content for promotional materials, social media, and the company website, ensuring consistency in style and branding.
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure the highest quality and consistency, utilizing advanced photo editing software and techniques to enhance the visual appeal of images.
• Maintain an organized digital archive of all photographs, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future use and reference.
• Stay updated with the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment, continuously improving skills and incorporating new methods into the workflow.
• Ensure all photographic equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained, conducting regular checks and arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
• Adhere to the company's brand guidelines and visual identity standards, ensuring that all visual content aligns with the overall brand strategy.
• Plan and execute photo shoots, including scouting locations, coordinating with subjects, and managing logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide creative input and ideas for visual storytelling, contributing to the development of marketing campaigns and other initiatives.
• Assist in the production of video content, including filming and editing, to complement photographic work and enhance the overall visual communication strategy.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Photographer, preferably with a portfolio showcasing urban or cityscape photography.
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and color correction.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
• Experience in videography and video editing is preferred.
• Familiarity with drone photography.
