Budget & Cost Control:

  • Develop, manage, and track the budget for assigned packages, ensuring that costs are kept within approved limits.

  • Monitor ongoing financial performance, report variances, and implement corrective actions to avoid cost overruns.

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors to optimize costs while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Ensure that all infrastructure works are executed in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety standards.

  • Implement quality control measures to guarantee that all aspects of the work adhere to design specifications and international construction standards.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess the progress and quality of the work performed.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Management:

  • Foster a culture of safety on the construction site, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Ensure all contractors and subcontractors follow the necessary safety procedures and standards, reducing potential hazards and incidents.

  • Monitor and enforce environmental sustainability practices on-site, ensuring minimal impact on the surrounding area.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to ensure the efficient execution of all infrastructure packages.

  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and ensure that team members receive the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.

  • Cultivate a high-performance environment by fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.

Procurement & Contract Management:

  • Lead the procurement process for materials, equipment, and services required for the execution of the packages.

  • Ensure that all contracts are negotiated effectively, and managed in compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
