Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Manager - Strategy to join our team! In this role you will get to develop strategies. The role will provide professional strategic Business expertise.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans, focusing on specific areas such as methodology development and process execution.

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including senior discipline engineers, discipline engineers, and document controllers, to achieve strategic objectives.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including LREID internal stakeholders or external stakeholders.

• Provide input and guidance on investment committees and portfolio committees, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.

• Identify and analyze business opportunities, providing recommendations for growth and improvement.

• Manage and oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

• Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support for professional development

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA/Master’s degree preferable. 

• Minimum 15 years of business Strategy experience, preferable in the primary hydrocarbon industry and downstream based industry.

• Strong business strategy background within the regional Middle East experience is preferred.

• Proven track record of generating strong business including blue-chip investors.

• A strong background in SMEs with a proven track record of successful initiatives and functional projects

• Knowledge of Saudi Government organizations and current Kingdom level initiatives and policy is preferred.

• Able to work under minimal supervision, with initiative and proactiveness.

• Excellent English and communication skills

• Strong IT fluency, with experience in using Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Establish and maintain Client contacts and strengthen current business ties; coordinate meetings between existing and potential investors to promote investment and synergies.

• Keep abreast of business and market trends.

• Establish and maintain numerous contacts within and outside of the industry and follow up leads in a timely manner.

• Establish, develop and manage a strong business strategy team to ensure that key objectives and targets are met.

• Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise.
