Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Logistics Depot Manager to join our team supporting the US Army TENCAP IDIQ Contract! This is an immediate need, fully funded position requiring a hard-charging, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to build policies, procedures, and operations from the ground up. In this senior-level role, you will lead the establishment of a depot-level repair station, ensuring seamless logistics operations and compliance with Army regulations to support mission-critical systems. This is a long-term position with opportunities for future expansion of the depot into other Parsons programs, providing significant career growth potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the stand-up of a depot-level repair station from scratch, including facility setup, tool/equipment provisioning, workflow design, quality control processes, and integration with Army supply systems.

  • Develop and implement all logistics, warehouse, and depot policies, SOPs, and procedures to ensure 100% property accountability, compliance with AR 710-4, DPAS/GCSS-A, and other Army regulations.

  • Oversee full-spectrum warehouse and depot operations: receipt, inventory, storage, issue, turn-in, repair, refurbishment, shipment, and disposition of TENCAP equipment and systems.

  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, depot-level repairs, parts sourcing, and configuration control for mission-critical intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance assets.

  • Supervise and mentor a team of logisticians, technicians, and support personnel; establish training programs, safety protocols, and performance metrics.

  • Coordinate with Army stakeholders, rotational units, and external vendors for priority support, asset visibility, and rapid fielding requirements.

  • Conduct monthly/annual inventories, audits, and reporting; ensure accurate documentation in accountable property systems.

  • Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiencies, and compliance with ISO, safety, and security standards while standing up new capabilities under tight timelines.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Prior military experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Army/Military logistics, warehouse management, and depot/repair operations.

  • Proven track record standing up new facilities, programs, or repair capabilities from the ground up.

  • Deep knowledge of Army property accountability (AR 710-4, DPAS, GCSS-A, PBUSE), inventory control, and depot-level maintenance processes.

  • Experience with MILES/TADSS, C5ISR equipment, or similar technical systems strongly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with forklifts, material handling equipment, and automated logistics tools.

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, obtain/maintain installation access, and work flexible hours to meet mission demands.

  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; must be a “hard charger” who can operate independently with minimal guidance.

  • Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Prior experience on TENCAP, PEO IEW&S, or similar Army intelligence/surveillance programs.

  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or property management.

  • Familiarity with MAXIMO, COLT, or other Army maintenance management systems.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.
