Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in Dubai. This role requires a strong personality, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with government authorities, clients, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in infrastructure design and construction, coupled with leadership capabilities and fluency in both English and Arabic.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Authority Liaison: Serve as the primary representative to government authorities, ensuring smooth coordination for project approvals, permits, and compliance with regulations.

• Client Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring project alignment with their expectations.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Actively manage relationships with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and project progress.

• Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on infrastructure design and construction, ensuring adherence to technical standards and best practices.

• Leadership: Lead and inspire project teams, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes.

• Communication: Prepare and deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and Arabic, tailored to clients and authorities.

• Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges related to project approvals, design conflicts, and stakeholder concerns, ensuring timely resolution.

• Representation: Confidently represent the organization in high-level meetings with clients, authorities, and stakeholders.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on land development and road projects.

• Dubai Experience: Extensive experience working on infrastructure projects in Dubai or the UAE, with a deep understanding of local regulations and authority requirements.

• Technical Background: Strong technical expertise in infrastructure design and construction, with the ability to provide strategic guidance.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

• Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and inspire confidence in high-pressure situations.

• Personality: Strong, confident, and approachable personality, capable of building trust and fostering collaboration.

• Certifications: PMP or other relevant certifications are an advantage.

• Preferred Experience:

• Experience working closely with Dubai authorities such as RTA, Dubai Municipality, and other regulatory bodies.

• Expertise in land development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

• Familiarity with road infrastructure projects, including highways, urban roads, and transportation networks.
